Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry chicken pieces in a frying pan? Very simple! Prepare all the ingredients you will need for the recipe. It’s better to take fresh chicken, then the finished dish will turn out especially juicy and tasty! But frozen poultry is also suitable. Take it out of the freezer first and defrost it.

Step 2

Step 2
Remove any remaining feathers from the chicken, if any. Rinse the carcass and dry it with paper napkins. Cut the chicken into small portions. Place in a deep bowl of suitable size.

Step 3

Step 3
Sprinkle the chicken with ground black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and turmeric. Add a pinch of sugar if desired. Add salt to taste.

Step 4

Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly, cover with a lid or cling film and leave to marinate for an hour or two.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat odorless vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Place the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the pan. Reduce the heat on the stove to moderate and leave the chicken like this for 10-15 minutes. Focus on ensuring that the pieces have a golden, appetizing crust. Step 6

Step 6
Next, turn each piece over and fry for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. If necessary, reduce the stove flame a little more. Make a cut on the largest piece of chicken using a knife. If you see clear juice, the chicken is ready. If the juice is pinkish, turn the pieces over again and fry for a few more minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs and allspice.

Step 8

Step 8
Serve the chicken, fried in pieces in a frying pan, hot with fresh vegetables and salads.
