Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes (or 1 tablespoon tomato paste) 1 pc
Salt 0.7 tsp
Water 120 ml
bell pepper 0.5 pc
Chicken fillet 200 g
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
Curry 1.5 tsp

Letʼs start preparing delicious chicken curry sauce by preparing all the necessary ingredients.

Finely chop the peeled onion.

Chop the garlic in any convenient way.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Fry the onion in sunflower oil for 3 minutes. Add garlic to the onion and fry for another 2 minutes.

Finely chop the tomato and add it to the frying pan with the onion and garlic along with the curry. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add chicken fillet and fry everything together for 5 minutes.

Pour water into the frying pan and add salt. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
