Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Cilantro, coriander 20 g
Water 230 ml
Vegetable oil 10 ml
Paprika 1 tsp
Khmeli-suneli 1 tsp

Wash the fat, dry it and cut it lengthwise along the breast.
