Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to deliciously fry chicken legs in a frying pan? All the secrets of aromatic juicy chicken are in this recipe. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. If your honey is heavily sugared, melt it first. The set of spices may be different according to your taste. Ground ginger will help give the dish a slight spice. You can even replace all these spices with 1-2 tbsp. l. ready mixture for chicken.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the chicken drumsticks well and dry. This recipe can be used to cook any part of the chicken, not just the legs.

Step 3

Step 3
Place chicken drumsticks in a bowl. Pour in vegetable oil, lemon juice and liquid honey. Mix everything. Any vegetable oil will do. I have sunflower.

Step 4

Step 4
Add dry garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. You can replace dry garlic with 2 cloves of fresh garlic, passed through a press. But pieces of fresh garlic can burn in a frying pan. Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour at room temperature, or longer in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken drumsticks. Top with half of the marinade from the bowl. Fry for 5-8 minutes. Then turn over, pour out the remaining marinade and fry the legs for about 15 minutes. During frying, the drumsticks can be turned over 1-2 more times to get a golden brown crust on all sides. Instead of frying the drumsticks, you can place them in a baking dish, pour over the marinade and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180°C until cooked.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the finished fried drumsticks on a plate, pour over the remaining sauce from the frying pan, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
