Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Milk 300 ml
Hard cheese 70 g
Vegetable oil 20 g
Dry spices to taste
bell pepper 0.5 pc
Chicken fillet 250 g
Pasta 150 g

How to make chicken mac and cheese in a skillet? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can take any pasta — large or small. I take the horns. For spices, you can take ground pepper, paprika and some dried herbs, such as basil. Choose cheese according to your taste.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes. The meat will change color and begin to brown.

While the chicken is frying, peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

Place the onion and pepper in the frying pan with the meat and fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and spices. During frying, the vegetables will become a little softer.

Pour milk into the pan and bring to a boil.

Add pasta. Stir and cook covered until soft. This will take 10-15 minutes, depending on the type of pasta. Donʼt forget to stir.
