Chicken fillet 500 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Marinade:

Soy sauce 70 ml
Water 50 ml
Garlic 2 clove
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Ginger powder 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Curry 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 2 g

How to make a marinade for Thai chicken with vegetables? In a deep bowl, combine soy sauce, water, vegetable oil, honey and flour. You can use any vegetable oil, but it is preferable that it be odorless. If your honey is candied, then melt it in a water bath. Peel the garlic, pass through a press, add to the bowl. Next, add curry, ground black pepper, ground ginger (can be replaced with fresh).
