Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion (I have one big onion) 250 g
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Water (boiling water!) 500 ml
Pepper to taste
Bay leaf (ground.) to taste
Tomato paste (you can take tomato sauce.) 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Pork 700 g

Letʼs prepare the products. Wash the meat and dry with paper towels.

Cut the pork flesh into pieces across the grain.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan of suitable volume (I have a large saucepan), heat it up and lay out our pieces to fry.

Cut the onion into cubes.

Stir the meat, it should be well fried.

Add onion to the meat and fry for 5-7 minutes.

When the onion is soft, add flour, mix well and fry over low heat for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, add tomato paste or sauce, whatever you like. Stir and heat for a couple of minutes.

Then we fill everything with 500 milliliters of boiling water so that the meat does not stop cooking. Stir, cover with a lid and simmer everything over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Taste if you need to add more salt.
