How to make an egg with cheese in the oven? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take large, selected eggs. To make the dish not only tasty, but also beautiful, it is better to use country eggs with a large, rich yellow yolk. Be sure to take fresh eggs. You can replace vegetable oil with butter. You can use wheat or rye bread. I have wheat bread for toast.

Remove the mozzarella from the brine, shake off excess moisture and grate on a coarse grater. You can replace mozzarella with any other cheese to your taste. This can be ordinary cheese such as Russian, Suluguni, Adyghe, feta, feta cheese, soft curd or processed cheese.

Grease a small square or rectangular baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the bread on the bottom, trimming the edges if necessary so that it fits completely into the chosen pan. It is better to take a compact form. My uniform is 20 by 15 centimeters.
