How to grill beef steaks over charcoal on a grill with garlic and herbs? Prepare all the products that are listed. What aromatic herbs can be used to prepare the recipe? Any greens of your choice will do. This time I used a couple of sprigs of fresh marjoram, 3-4 sprigs of lemon thyme and rosemary. Adjust the amount of garlic and herbs to taste.

Remove the beef steaks from the refrigerator in advance and leave to warm to room temperature.

Rinse the greens and dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel. Peel the garlic cloves. Using a sharp knife, chop the aromatic herbs and garlic not very finely. Place everything in a deep small bowl and stir.
