The main thing is that they are of high quality, made from durum wheat. Such pasta does not become overcooked and has better taste. Immediately place a saucepan of water over medium heat to cook the pasta. Take a liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. Place a frying pan on the adjacent burner and pour vegetable oil on it for frying. Place chopped onions in it. Fry it over low heat, stirring, until browned. Salt and pepper it to taste. You can also add any spices you like. Meanwhile, the water will boil, salt it and add the pasta.
