Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes (or a few cherries) 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Green beans (fresh or frozen) 400 g

How to make green beans with vegetables in a frying pan? Prepare your food. If the beans are frozen, do not defrost. Of the vegetables, you can leave only carrots and onions, add the rest to taste. In addition to pepper, you can use your favorite spices. Wash and dry all vegetables.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Or feathers, whichever you prefer.

Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. You can remove the skin from them first. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use tomato paste or ketchup.

Cut off the tail of the bell pepper and remove the center and seeds. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Cut fresh beans into pieces approximately 5cm long.

Heat a frying pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Add onion and garlic to oil. Fry them, stirring, until transparent. Then add carrots to them. Place the beans in the pan. Do not defrost the frozen one, but add 50 ml of water to the fresh one. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer the beans for about 5 minutes.

Then add chopped tomatoes and peppers. Salt and pepper the vegetable stew with beans, stir. Simmer the vegetables under the lid for another 5 minutes.
