Slow Cooker Chicken and Mushroom Pilaf

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Onion 3 pc
Salt to taste
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil 50 g
Champignon (if desired, you can have more, up to 450 gr.) 200 g
Dry spices (universal or for meat, ground pepper, peas, bay leaf — at your discretion) to taste
Chicken 500 g
Round rice 1 cup
Curry (Of all the spices for pilaf with chicken, curry is ideal) 1 tbsp

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a multicooker in the “Baking” mode
