Basic:

Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Wheat flour (maybe less, for deboning) 1 cup
Hard cheese 150 g
Zucchini (It’s better to take a young one, medium size) 1 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 0.5 cup
Mayonnaise 50 g
Dill to taste
Eggplant (preferably the same size as the zucchini) 1 pc
Ketchup (I used spicy) 50 g
