Baked Pollock with Mushrooms in Sour Cream

Delicious fish for dinner. Juicy and tender. The unusual combination of fish and mushrooms turned out to be very tasty for me. Try it!

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water (maybe 2/3 cup.) 0.5 cup
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Carrot (small) 1 pc
Bulb onions (average) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Champignon (large, fresh or fresh frozen) 3 pc
Dry spices (seasoning for fish) to taste
Lemons (juice from 1/4 small lemon) 0.25 pc
Pollock 2 pc

Products for cooking.

Clean the fish, wash it, cut it into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, sprinkle with fish seasoning. Set aside.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

In a saucepan or other container in which you will bake the fish in the oven, heat the vegetable oil and add the onion. Sauté until transparent.

Peel the carrots, cut into strips, and add to the onion. Fry until soft.

Place fish pieces on top of the vegetables. Fry on one side for 3-5 minutes.

Turn the pieces of fish over and fry on the other side for another 3 minutes. The fish should not be fried. Just grab it slightly and turn white.

While the fish is frying, clean and cut the mushrooms into large slices.

Place it on the fish. Lightly salt.

We dilute the sour cream with water, lightly salt and pepper. If the sour cream is thick, add more water.

Pour sour cream over mushrooms. Close the lid and put it in the oven. After 15 min. Check for sauce in the saucepan. If it’s not enough, you can add a little water. Use a spoon to drown the mushrooms in the sauce.

If there is enough sauce, remove the lid and simmer in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. The fish is ready.
