Salt to taste
Milk 5 tbsp
Eggs (medium-sized) 2 pc
Hard cheese 80 g
Bulb onions (medium bulb) 1 pc
loaf (7 slices) 240 g
Pollock (fillet of any fish) 160 g

Salt the fish fillet to taste.

Cut the onion into thin rings.

We prepare leison from eggs and milk.

Grease the sheet on which the sandwiches will be prepared with vegetable oil. We dip each slice of loaf into the leison and place it on a baking sheet.

Place a piece of fish fillet on the slices and an onion ring on top of it.
