Chanterelles (Any other fresh, dried, frozen, canned mushrooms) 200 g
Pork fillet (Any other meat or poultry) 500 g

To prepare meat with mushrooms in a sauce in a frying pan, take the pulp of pork or any other meat, fresh or frozen mushrooms (in this case, boiled and frozen chanterelles), carrots and onions, cream (here — 20%), butter, salt and pepper .

Lightly heat the onion in oil until translucent, add the carrots, lightly fry, and place in a deep saucepan or saucepan.
