Basic:

Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Mushrooms (Fried) 100 g
Mayonnaise (Or sour cream) 50 g
Carp 1.5 kg

The carp needs to be cleaned, the gills and fins cut out, and the head and tail left. Cut the top of the carcass into portions.
