A quick recipe for melt-in-your-mouth cookies made from margarine dough. The recipe is very successful, the cookies are really quick. The dough turns out to be shortbread, the cookies made from it are very tasty, crumbly and not hard — they melt in your mouth. There is no need to melt margarine; it can be easily and quickly kneaded in flour with your hands. You can cut out different shapes from this dough, but it’s faster to cut it using a shaped wheel.

Sugar 2 tbsp
Wheat flour 400 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Margarine 200 g
Lemon acid 0.3 tsp

Melt-in-your-mouth cookies can be made inexpensively in just 40 minutes. For this we need 200 grams of margarine, 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, 4 tbsp. spoons of powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, as a baking powder — half a teaspoon of soda and a third of a teaspoon of citric acid. Cut the margarine into several pieces, combine the egg with sour cream and vanilla sugar.

Pour the flour into a container, add powdered sugar, soda and citric acid.

Mix the dry flour mixture well with a spoon.

Mix the egg with sour cream and vanilla sugar and lightly beat with a fork until smooth.

Place pieces of margarine into the flour mixture and begin to intensively knead them, mixing them with flour.

As a result of mixing in about three minutes, we will get crumbs.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour and margarine crumbs.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Then sprinkle the table with flour, place a lump of dough on it and roll it out with a rolling pin to about 3-4 mm thick.

Sprinkle the rolled out dough evenly with sugar.

Using a rolling pin, lightly press the sugar into the surface of the dough so that it does not crumble.
