Chicken Veggie Wok Noodles

A quick, easy, simple and delicious dinner! Wok noodles with chicken and vegetables are not dry at all (unlike regular boiled pasta) due to the addition of a large amount of vegetables and aromatic soy sauce. I thought it wouldn’t turn out too tasty, but the result shocked me — it’s a masterpiece!

Fry them until light golden brown, stirring constantly. Next, add the remaining vegetables, green onions and chicken to the pan. Stir-fry until the meat begins to brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Then pour half a glass of water and soy sauce into the pan, add ground ginger. Mix all ingredients and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer (stirring occasionally) until the vegetables are soft and the sauce thickens. If necessary, you can add salt to the contents of the pan.

Step 7

Step 7
Boil the noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Then place it in a colander to drain off excess water. There is no need to rinse the noodles in this recipe.

Step 8

Step 8
Then place the noodles in a frying pan with the stewed vegetables and chicken, mix everything well and simmer for another 3-4 minutes over low heat. Taste the noodles, add a little more salt to the dish if necessary, then stir again.

Step 9

Step 9
Large carrots and large bell peppers were used in this dish, so if you are using small vegetables, you may need more than what is listed in the ingredients. But in general, this is a matter of taste, do not be afraid to add vegetables, as they will not spoil the dish.
