How to fry frozen dumplings in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can make the dumplings yourself in advance or use a ready-made semi-finished product; now there is a huge assortment of such products on store shelves.

Remove the dumplings from the freezer and immediately proceed to frying them. There is no need to defrost the dumplings, otherwise they will stick to the pan, the dough will tear, and the meat juice will leak out of the filling. Pour vegetable oil into a thick-walled frying pan and heat it well. Place dumplings in the pan. It is important that the dumplings lie in one layer, do not touch each other with their “ears” and do not stick together.

Fry the dumplings on one side over high heat for 5-7 minutes until they are covered with a golden-brown and thick crust, which will keep the meat juice inside the dumplings and prevent it from leaking into the pan. Then carefully turn the dumplings over with a spatula and also fry them on the second side until golden brown.

Then reduce the heat to medium or even slightly less than medium, pour half a glass of water into the pan with dumplings, add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper (if the dumplings are served with sauce, you don’t need to add a lot of spices).
