Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Spaghetti 150 g

Sauce:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter 20 g
Parmesan 50 g
Cream 150 ml

Decoration:

Parmesan 10 g
Thyme, thyme to taste

Measure out ingredients.

Sauce. Melt the butter over low heat.

Pour cream into the butter.

Simmer over low heat, stirring, until boiling.

When the cream begins to thicken, add salt and pepper.

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater and add to the cream. While stirring, wait until the Parmesan cheese is completely melted.

Boil spaghetti in plenty of water for about 6 minutes until aldente. Drain the finished pasta in a colander.

Add the pasta to the sauce in the pan and heat, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Place the finished pasta on plates and sprinkle grated Parmesan and fresh thyme on top. Garnish with parsley.
