Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Zira 0.5 tsp
Apples 3 pc
Wheat flour 50 g
Water 0.5 l
Plums to taste
Bay leaf 2 pc
Beef 500 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Greenery to taste

Recipe instructions

We wash and prepare meat, vegetables and fruits well for cooking.

Finely chop the onion for frying.

Place two frying pans on the stove set to the highest temperature. Pour vegetable oil into both frying pans.

Place the onion in one pan and fry until transparent. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces and roll in flour.

Place the meat in a frying pan preheated to maximum and fry until golden brown.

Add the fried onion to the meat and mix thoroughly.

Add Zira 0.5 tsp.

and fill with water.

Reduce the cooking temperature and cook the meat for 1 hour 10 minutes. Cut the carrots into strips of 1-1.5 centimeters.

Remove the pit from the plum and cut into slices.

Place plums and carrots in a frying pan with meat, add 1 tsp. salt, black pepper to taste.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into pieces.

Place the apples in the pan, mix everything thoroughly, cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes.
