Cheese and Caviar Tartlets

A little time and imagination — and a great snack is ready. Tartlets with caviar and cheese are interesting because they have two types of cheese — hard and processed. This was my experiment — how red caviar would be combined with hard semi-dry cheese. The experiment was successful. Now I will always do just this option.

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Ready tartlets 8 pc

Filling:

Hard cheese 30 g
Red caviar 80 g
Processed cheese 100 g

Decoration:

Parsley to taste
Black caviar 200 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Filling. Cut hard cheese into small cubes.

Place the melted cheese in a pastry bag fitted with a closed star tip.

Place 1 tbsp into tartlets. l. hard cheese.

Pipe roses of cream cheese from a pastry bag around the perimeter of each tartlet.

Place 1-2 teaspoons in the center. red caviar.

Place another star of cream cheese in the center of the caviar.

Decorate the tartlets with parsley. I also decorated it with imitation black caviar.
