Baked Trout in Parchment with Mushrooms and Carrots

Trout baked in parchment turns out very tasty. This month I was inundated with red fish from Karelia. I already salt it, and fry it, and cook soups, but it still doesn’t end. I decided to cook the next piece of fillet in parchment envelopes. A long time ago I cooked salmon and zucchini in parchment paper. I remember that I really liked it then. I found an interesting recipe and this is what happened.
