Tender Pork Stew with Onions and Carrots

Water 2 cup
Bay leaf 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dry spices 1.5 tsp
Rabbit (fillet) 1 kg
