Basic:

Garlic 0.5 tsp
Salt (Salt is diluted in water) 4 tbsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Cilantro, coriander 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Paprika 2 tsp
Oregano dry 2 tsp
Basil 2 tsp
Turkey fillet 1 kg

Fragrant homemade turkey fillet pastrami.

Dilute the salt in two liters of water and soak the fillet for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, dry the meat with paper towels.

Rub the meat with a mixture of seasonings, vegetable oil and mustard.

Preheat oven to high.

Place the meat and after 15 minutes turn off the oven. Do not open the door and keep the meat in it for another two hours.
