Puff pastry 500 g

For filling No. 1:

red fish 200 g
Pickles 8 pc
Eggs 2 pc
Hard cheese 70 g
Dill 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 0.5 cup
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

For filling No. 2:

Mackerel 200 g
Cottage cheese 150 g
Processed cheese 100 g
With horseradish 3 tbsp

To cover:

Cottage cheese 150 g
Processed cheese 100 g

For decoration:

red fish 100 g
cucumbers 2 pc
Green onions 20 g
Green pea 5 g

BASE: For the base you will need two layers of frozen puff pastry.

Place the dough, without defrosting, on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place the baking sheet with the dough in a cold oven. Bake puff pastries at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Carefully cut the cooled cakes and layer them into three parts: the middle part of the cake will be at the bottom of the cake; the top of the cake will be in the center of the cake; the bottom of the cake will be at the top of the cake.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Remove the skin from the fish and cut into medium cubes. Leave a few thin slices of fish for decoration.
