How to stew pumpkin with onions and herbs? Prepare the following ingredients. Peel and seed the pumpkin, rinse and cut into large cubes about 2 by 2 cm, more is possible, especially if the vegetable is a soft-density sugar variety.

Peel the onions, rinse with cold water so that they don’t sting your eyes when slicing, and cut in half. Cut each half into half rings. If desired, this vegetable can be cut into cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, cauldron or frying pan with high sides. Place the container on the stove and heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and fry for about 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
