Basic:

Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Hard cheese 70 g
Zucchini (Purified) 250 g
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise (You can prepare mayonnaise yourself, or replace it with sour cream or white natural yogurt.) 1 tbsp
Sausage 120 g

How to make delicious homemade zucchini pizza in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make zucchini pizza in a frying pan. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs. You can prepare mayonnaise yourself, or replace it with sour cream or white natural yogurt.

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and carefully squeeze out the juice. If you take an already ripe zucchini, remove the seeds and peel. And be sure to try the zucchini, old zucchini can taste bitter. If the zucchini is young, then the peel and seeds are thin and it can be grated whole.

Break an egg into a bowl with grated zucchini and add sifted flour, pepper and salt. Mix everything until there are no flour lumps.

Pour oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Transfer the zucchini dough to a 26cm-diameter frying pan and smooth it out. Reduce heat to low and cook until the top is set and the bottom is slightly browned. Turn over with a wide spatula.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the top. Mayonnaise can be replaced with natural yogurt or tomato sauce.

Cut the tomatoes into rings and cut the sausages as you like. Spread tomatoes and sausages over the entire surface of the squash base. I took meat loaf and smoked sausage.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on top of the pizza. The cheese should melt well. Hard cheese can be replaced with mozzarella or parmesan.
