How to make pasta with vegetables in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pasta can be of any shape, preferably medium size and always made from durum wheat. You can choose any vegetables. I have eggplant and bell peppers in red, yellow and orange.

Wash the vegetables under running water and dry. Cut off the green part of the eggplant and cut the vegetable into medium cubes.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stems, cut into small cubes.
