How to bake Kokosanka cookies without flour at home? Prepare the necessary products. Eggs should be chilled, out of the refrigerator. Soak the prunes in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry. Also rinse the peeled walnuts (quarters) and dry them on a towel. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar on medium speed mixer until white and thick. This takes an average of 2-3 minutes depending on the power of the mixer.

Add coconut flakes to the whipped mixture and stir until smooth. You should end up with a moist, crumbly mass that sticks together well. Actually this is the finished dough.
