Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Butter 80 g
Champignon (you can use any mushrooms) 8 pc
Dill (4 branches) 12 g
Lemons 0.5 pc
Allspice to taste

Lemon should be doused with hot water and cut into thin slices.

Cut the garlic into strips

coarsely chop the dill

Prepare 4 pieces of foil, measuring 30 x 30 cm

Place half a lemon on one piece of foil, 4 mushrooms on top, half the garlic, dill, butter on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cover with a second piece of foil and wrap the edges so that liquid does not leak out during baking. You should get an envelope like this. We do the same with the remaining mushrooms. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees on a wire rack for 20 minutes. You can serve them in foil. Bon appetit!
