You can use fresh or frozen cauliflower for this dish, but you just need to defrost it first and drain the liquid. Sour cream can be of any fat content. Hard cheese, Russian or any other, is suitable, the main thing is that it is of high quality, tasty, and melts well in the oven. Take a large chicken egg; if the eggs are small, take two.

Beat an egg into a suitable container and add a pinch of salt. And beat it with a fork or whisk.
