Green onions 5 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Dill to taste
Ham 200 g
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Lavash thin 1 g

To prepare our mini-pizza, we select and lay out the necessary products from the refrigerator, buying pita bread at the nearest supermarket.

Peel and cut the bell pepper into small cubes and place it in a bowl.

Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the bowl with the pepper.

Add chopped boiled chicken egg with finely chopped herbs to the bowl and mix.

To prepare the sauce, thoroughly mix mayonnaise with ketchup. Turn on the stove over medium heat and heat the frying pan with vegetable oil added to it.

Spread a thin even layer of sauce over the pita bread.
