Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Chilli to taste
Olive oil to taste
Cilantro, coriander to taste
Hard cheese 50 g
Cauliflower 200 g
Champignon 100 g
Green beans 200 g
Cream 150 g
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Sea salt to taste

Recipe instructions

Before you start preparing the side dish, you need to remove excess moisture from the mushrooms; to do this, put them on a napkin or towel.

Remove excess moisture from the beans and place them on a napkin.

Add olive oil to the pan and heat over high heat, then add and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring them with a spatula.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Add green beans to the pan and fry for about 4 minutes, stirring.

Add cauliflower to the pan, which we also fry for 4-5 minutes.

Add 3 tbsp to the fried vegetables. soy sauce, hot chili pepper and salt to taste.

Add 150 gr to the pan. cream.

Cover the vegetables mixed with cream with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for a couple of minutes with the stove turned off.
