How to make teriyaki chicken with vegetables and noodles? Prepare everything you need. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it on a paper towel and cut into cubes. Place in a bowl and pour in 2 tbsp. l. teriyaki sauce, leave for 30 minutes. If you don’t have ready-made sauce, you can prepare it by combining soy sauce, mirin, sugar, grated ginger, and chopped garlic cloves. For thickness, add starch diluted with boiled water. Boil the sauce until thick and cool.

Peel the onions and cut into feathers or cubes. I used red onions, but you can also use regular ones.

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a Korean carrot grater or cut into thin long strips.

Wash the bell pepper under running water, cut out the stalk with the seed pod. Cut the pulp into strips or cubes.

Wash the zucchini under running water, without peeling, cut into cubes if the vegetable is young with tender flesh. Mature zucchini needs to be peeled and seeds removed. Wash the green onions, dry on a paper towel and chop finely. You can use any greens you like to prepare this dish.

Then add the chicken with the remaining marinade from the bowl to the vegetables. Stir and continue to cook over medium heat until the meat turns white.

Add zucchini and bell pepper to the pan and stir. Fry everything together for about 10 minutes over medium heat, covered.

At the same time, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package in salted water. On average, the noodles take about 8 minutes to cook until al dente. Place the noodles in the pan with the vegetables and meat. Stir the ingredients and fry them together for about 2 minutes, adding a couple of tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and some sesame seeds. Turn off the heat. The dish is ready. You can serve it immediately.
