How to fry meat with mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any meat for cooking. I will cook from pork meat. The ideal option would be the neck. It contains a little fat, so the meat will not turn out dry.

Rinse the selected meat in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Then cut the meat into pieces. I cut the meat into cubes.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then chop finely. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Fry the chopped onion for a couple of minutes until translucent.
