Soft cheese (I have a special cheese for frying — chetuk.) 370 g

How to fry cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I chose a special soft cheese for frying — chetuk (45% fat). And it tastes like regular Adyghe cheese, only with a denser consistency. Wash the chicken egg to get rid of possible microbes on the shell and beat it into a bowl. Pepper and salt to taste. In the future breading, you can additionally add any other spices to your taste: smoked paprika, dried basil, etc.

Using a fork, lightly beat the egg until smooth.

Using a large sharp knife, cut the cheese into four equal parts.

Then cut the cheese into eight pieces. You can leave it like that and proceed with further deboning and frying, but I decided to make the pieces even thinner.

I cut the cheese into sixteen equal pieces.

Dip each piece of cheese into the egg mixture on each side.

Roll the cheese pieces in breadcrumbs until they evenly coat the cheese on all sides.

Heat the sunflower oil in a low-sided frying pan over medium heat. Place cheese in a frying pan and fry it until golden brown. Then turn the cheese over and fry the other side. Each side takes approximately three minutes. The exact time depends on your stove. I fried the entire wheel of cheese in just two batches. Serve the cheese hot. Bon appetit!
