Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry a minced beef steak? Prepare the necessary ingredients. If your meat is frozen, defrost it first. Read about all the intricacies of proper defrosting in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Wash the beef pulp and dry it with paper napkins. Cut the meat across the grain into thin strips.

Step 2

Step 2
Then cut the straw into cubes — the smaller the better.

Step 3

Step 3
Chop the meat intensively and thoroughly into minced meat with a sharp knife. If you come across white veins, it is better to remove them, as they will interfere with the adhesion of the meat when forming the steak. Try to break all the veins.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the garlic and pass it through a press and add it to the minced meat. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste. I added about 1 teaspoon of pepper and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Step 5

Step 5
Knead the minced meat with your hands to form a viscous mass. Then put the minced meat in a bag, tie it and beat it on the table. Thanks to this, the minced meat will be more viscous and dense. The longer you work with the minced meat, the better. Collect the beaten minced meat into a ball. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees.

Step 6

Step 6
Grease your hands with vegetable oil and divide the minced meat into two parts. Take one piece of mince and pass it from palm to palm several times to further cohesive the mince. Form into a round, flat meat patty. Do the same with the second part of the minced meat.

Step 7

Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Read about how to choose the ideal frying pan, as well as how to choose the right vegetable oil in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe. Place the pieces on the frying pan. I have a small frying pan, so I fried them one at a time. Fry the steaks on one side over medium heat for 3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8

Step 8
Turn the pieces over and fry for the same amount of time on the other side. Thus, bring them to half-preparedness.

Step 9

Step 9
At the final stage, place the steaks in a baking dish. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. Place the steaks in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and cook until done. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. Bon appetit!
