Basic:

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Broccoli 1 pc
Peanut (Salted crushed peanuts) 150 g

Recipe instructions

Boil broccoli in salted boiling water. For small inflorescences — 2 minutes, for large ones — 5 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into equal pieces and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Add salted crushed peanuts to the cooked broccoli and mix well.

Transfer the prepared mixture into a baking dish. To get a delicious crispy crust on the broccoli, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
