How to make toast with avocado and poached egg? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You will need bread for toast. Choose ripe avocados. It should be dark green in color and soft to the touch. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance; they should be at room temperature.

Cut the bread for toast into thin, even slices about 5-6 mm thick. Although stores usually sell already sliced bread. Toast the bread in a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel each half and cut into slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Place the fried avocado in a bowl. You don’t have to fry the avocado, but make a paste from it: to do this, you need to peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into cubes and beat in a blender until pureed. Place the puree also on slices of bread.

Boil about 500 ml of clean drinking water in a saucepan. Reduce heat and wait until the intense boiling stops. Gently crack the egg into the slightly simmering water. Cook for exactly 3 minutes, carefully scooping the whites around the egg with a spoon. It is better to remove the finished poached egg with a slotted spoon, since the white is very tender, and the yolk is runny and an ordinary spoon can damage the walls of the egg.
