How to make delicious, quick and easy tea cookies in the oven? Prepare your food. Use a measuring glass with a volume of 250 ml. You can reduce the amount of sugar; it makes the cookies very sweet. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil.

Take a large bowl for the dough. Beat an egg into it. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until you get a mass similar to honey.

Sift half of the total flour into a bowl. Sifting will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate the flour with oxygen, which will make baked goods softer and airier. Sprinkle baking powder on top of the flour. Stir the mixture with a spoon until smooth. It will be quite liquid. You may need a little less or more flour, check the consistency.
