Vegetable Pasta with Anchovies

Basic:

Garlic 6 clove
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Broccoli 500 g
Green pea (Frozen) 200 g
Anchovies 10 pc
Zucchini 500 g
Horns 300 g

Recipe instructions

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Cool in ice water, drain the water. Cut the zucchini into small pieces.

Finely chop the garlic. Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces. Fry the garlic and anchovy for 5 minutes in a heated frying pan with oil, stirring.

Boil the pasta in salted water as directed on the package.

Add broccoli, zucchini and green peas to the pan with anchovies. Fry, stirring, until vegetables are soft, about 7 minutes. Season with pepper and if there is not enough salt, add more salt.
