Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Pasta, just very tasty! With the aroma of sea and cream! Simple! Spaghetti with shrimp, sour cream and garlic flavor will please everyone (except, of course, those who don’t like shrimp). Although, for such special gourmets, you can also take chicken fillet, divide the dish into two frying pans — and let everyone choose what they like best. In general, spaghetti with shrimp in creamy sauce is an amazing dish.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Wash and chop the greens.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic.

Step 3

Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 4

Step 4
Salt the boiling water and put the spaghetti to cook. Cook for 1 minute less than what is written on the package.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic.

Step 6

Step 6
Add shrimp to the garlic and fry them a little.

Step 7

Step 7
Add sour cream and cheese and simmer until a smooth sauce forms. Instead of sour cream, you can use cream, just be careful with it — when overheated, it flakes and ruins everything.

Step 8

Step 8
Add spaghetti to the pan, stir and heat everything together. If the sauce is too thick, add spaghetti cooking water (a small ladle is usually enough).

Step 9

Step 9
Serve sprinkled with herbs. Basil is especially good here, in my opinion.
