Ground black pepper to taste
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Hard cheese 30 g
Carrot 0.5 pc
Bulb onions 0.5 pc
Pollock 1 pc

Thaw the fish, dry it with napkins, gut it from the insides, cut off the head (if any), tail and fins.
