Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
Bay leaf 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Peppercorns 4 pc

Prepare all products.

Cut the fish fillet using a sharp knife.

Cut the fillet into oblong pieces 2-3 cm wide.

Place black peppercorns and bay leaves in the bottom of a 500 ml glass jar.

Fill the jar halfway and add ground pepper and salt.

Place wet gauze or cloth in a baking tray. Place the jar.

Place the workpiece in a cold oven and set the temperature to 110 degrees. After boiling, simmer for 1 hour. Then increase the temperature to 150 degrees and cook for another 1 hour. Pour vegetable oil into a jar and simmer for 2 hours.
