Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemons 0.5 pc
Sea salt 0.5 tsp
Fresh rosemary 2 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a marinade for grilled shrimp with garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the garlic and finely chop it, grate it on a fine grater or pass it through a press. Place the chopped garlic in a bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the rosemary sprig, tear off the leaves, chop them finely and place them in a container with the garlic.

Step 4

Step 4
Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon. It is better to do this through a strainer so that the lemon seeds do not get into the marinade.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour the juice into a container with the garlic and rosemary.

Step 6

Step 6
Add salt. I used seaweed, but you can also use regular cookware.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour olive oil into the marinade.

Step 8

Step 8
Mix all ingredients well. The marinade is ready. In this marinade, shrimp can be marinated both in the shell and peeled. Try this and that and choose which method you like best. Marinate the shrimp for 10 minutes. You can string the shrimp onto skewers in the form of skewers, or you can simply place each one on the grill individually, especially if they are large. Bon appetit!
