Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Onion 2 pc
Salt to taste
Wheat flour (1/2-2/3 cup) 0.5 cup
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil (for frying) 2 tbsp
Champignon 300 g
Beef liver (veal) 600 g
Allspice (ground) 0.2 tsp
Korean carrots (Korean) 200 g

We wash the liver of blood, pour boiling water over it and clean it of films. Then cut into large pieces, pass through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.

Salt and pepper the minced liver to taste, then add the sifted flour into it and beat in the eggs. Mix everything well.

If necessary, add more flour to make the mixture thick. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

Fry the liver pancakes on both sides in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. We use all the dough.

Letʼs prepare the filling. We wash and cut the mushrooms into slices, peel the onions and cut them into half rings or simply chop them.

Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden, first only the onion until it becomes soft (do not forget to stir). Fire is medium. Then add the mushrooms and fry everything together.

Place Korean carrots on top of the pancakes.

Roll the pancake into a roll using cling film. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
