Cottage cheese 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pita bread with red fish? Prepare all ingredients. Take lightly salted or smoked fish. You can replace pita bread with any thin flatbread, Mexican or Spanish will do. Any greens will suit your taste: not only parsley, but also dill, green onions and so on.

Step 2

Step 2
Place pita bread or thin flatbread on a plate or board. Spread it with a layer of curd cheese 5-8 mm thick. The thicker the layer, the tastier. But don’t be too zealous — you don’t need too much filling either, everything should be in moderation. The appetizer should be light, elegant, romantic and stylish!

Step 3

Step 3
Wash and dry fresh herbs. Chop the parsley with a knife. Cut the red fish fillets into desired size pieces.

Step 4

Step 4
Place chopped herbs on top of the cheese on the pita bread. You could, of course, mix it with cheese, but then all the leaves would drown in the cheese, and the snack would not look so impressive when cut. Place pieces of red fish on top of the chopped greens. Roll the pita bread tightly so that the filling does not fall out on the sides, and put the roll in the refrigerator for an hour or two so that all the components are compressed.

Step 5

Step 5
Before serving, cut the roll of curd cheese and red fish with a sharp knife slightly diagonally into small pieces, literally one bite size, and arrange beautifully on a flat plate or platter, garnished with herbs. Bon appetit!
