Basic:

Onion 0.5 pc
Ground black pepper to taste
Ginger to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Parsley to taste
Bulb onions 0.5 pc

Dill to taste

Olives to taste
cucumbers 1 pc
Processed cheese 1 tbsp

To prepare appetizers, remove the skin and bones from the fish.

Cut two types of onion into half rings as thinly as possible, transfer to a bowl and mix well.

To prepare the first type of appetizer, cut the fish into large pieces.

Add the fish to the bowl with the onions, season with a little black pepper for taste and aroma.

Add vegetable oil.

To prepare the second type of snack, cut the avocado.

Place half of the fruit on a plate and mash well with a fork.

To prepare the third type of appetizer, take a piece of fish and cut it into slices.

Place a thinly sliced lemon slice on the fish plate and wrap it in a roll.

We cut lemon slices quite coarsely, from which we make peculiar squares, equal to cucumber ones.

Cut the fish into equal-sized cubes, place on a plate and season with vegetable oil.

We begin to assemble canapés from our cubes onto skewers — cucumber, fish, olive, lemon, ginger. For canapés we use a cucumber as a stand. Add a plate of canapés to the shared appetizer platter.

Chop the dill very finely.

Grate two boiled eggs on a fine grater, to which add 1 tbsp. processed cheese.
